Out state-of-the art Delmco three-stage powder coat paint system allows
component parts to travel approximately one-quarter mile through our
facility where each part is cleaned in our three stage wash system and
dried in preparation for our durable powder coat application. At this
point a pre-determined thickness of powder coat paint is applied
where it is then dried in our gas-fired ovens where temperatures
reach 450° F. Once the baked on surface is cured, the tough
painted finish will stand up to normal use in the marketplace. |
